Lenovo Tab K10 Launched in India With 7,500mAh Battery

Lenovo India has launched the Tab K10, powered by the MediaTek Helio P22T SoC in the country.

The smartphone comes with a 6.39-inch full-HD+ IPS display and has a 2350mAh battery.

The launch of the tablet comes in the backdrop of the launch of the Lenovo Tab K10 8 GB+ 32 GB model in China, which is said to be a modified version of the tablet.

The device comes in three colour options, Burgundy Black, Chiral Blue, and Platinum Pearl. It comes in the price bracket of Rs 11,990.

The size of the Amazon website listing for the device mentioned the model number as BS73VB, but the company has so far not confirmed the exact model number of the device. However.

 the model number itself translates to 9P22V34BB, which the information panel can back up. One can still expect that Lenovo would offer multiple models.

The Lenovo Tab K10 comes with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22T SoC, which is a gaming machine-able chipset.

 The processor is a customized version of the Helio P21 SoC. It is four cores clock at 1.8GHz.

The processor is coupled with Mali G71M2 GPU. However, that is a more powerful version of the Mali G72 which is also offered by Qualcomm.

The device comes with three SIM slots, two of which are microSD card slots.

The display is of FHD+ (1,600×2,400) pixels and has a 600ppi pixel density. There is also a 5,000mAh battery which is expected to provide up to 12 hours of play time with wired connectivity. It runs on Android 11 out-of-the-box.

However, it is expected that Lenovo will make the new tablet compatible with the upcoming Android 11 XR.

The team first uncovered images of the same during the Google IO panel in October.

The tablet will run on the updated Android 11 Camera API, which means the real-time image processing will come automatically in the update.

There will also be a new feature for the Quick Panorama feature. There is a new VR Shortcut widget to control the video quality.
